Responsible Gaming
We care about our players and want to make sure that your time spent online with us is fun and sustainable. We do this by:
- Giving you access to safer gambling tools to help you manage how you play.
- Developing behaviour monitoring tools to help you play responsibly.
As part of our commitment to safer gambling, we aim to make zero revenue from harmful gambling.
Keep it fun
Be proactive and try to stay aware of your habits. We have handy tracking tools available to help playing responsibly become second nature.
Test your player profile
Answer nine quick questions and we’ll let you know if you may need help to keep your betting fun.
Switch on Reality Check
These notifications pop up regularly with details on how long you’ve been playing, and how much you’ve won, lost and wagered in that time. You can choose whether they appear every 30, 60 or 90 mins.
Feel safe with our behaviour monitoring tool
We’ll help you keep your activity on a fun level by letting you know of any major changes in your behaviour, such as betting more than usual or spending more time online.
Take a break
If your betting is having a negative impact and the limits you’ve set are not doing enough to control your play, please block yourself from logging in for as long as you feel necessary.
Time Out
This option is ideal if you want a short-term break up to a maximum of 6 weeks. We won’t notify you when your break comes to an end, but your account will automatically reactivate.
How it works:
You’ll choose how long you want to take a break for and accept the terms and conditions. Once you’ve confirmed the break, you will be logged out of your account and blocked from logging in again until the break is over. Go to Time Out settings
Self-Exclusion
Our self-exclusion option lets you block access to your account for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, or 5 years. You’ll need to call us to reactivate your account.
How it works:
You’ll choose how long you want to exclude for and accept the terms and conditions. Once you’ve confirmed the break, you’ll be logged out of your account and blocked from logging in again until the exclusion period is over. Go to Self-Exclusion settings
If you do decide to take a break, we also recommend you install software to block betting sites:
BetBlocker
BetBlocker is a free app that blocks access to gambling websites and apps across all your devices, helping you take a break from gambling.
It’s free for everyone and doesn’t require registration. Install BetBlocker
